Organisational growth has created an opportunity for a Business Development Manager.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development  Manager, you will spend a lot of your time on the road and be responsible for:

• Generating new business customers for Bonds.
• "Closing" Sales opportunities.
• Prospecting for new clients (networking, cold calling, advertising and other means).
• Achieving annual "new" business sales targets.
• Meeting and exceeding KPI's associated with growing our local, interstate and intrastate division.
• Acting as a contact for service and operational based queries relating to new business.
• Provision of regular reporting relating to sales activity.
• Actively promoting all Bonds products and services to all new prospects and our existing customer base.
• Working independently and collaboratively with the wider Bonds team.
• Positively contributing to the organisation's culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of Bonds.
