The Quality Assurance & Quality Control Advisor will assist all business areas improve their work areas as a consequence of auditing and ensuring full compliance with the PEP and QMP; including tender and/or client requirements for the project in design, supply, procurement and installation works. Additionally, this role will ensure understanding and maintain commitment with respect to the statutory and corporate responsibilities to Quality.

The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Advisor to oversee the performance of the Mardie Project's QMP, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, coordinating with external auditors, establishing, and maintaining QMP requirements, and conducting internal audits. You will also implement and coach on-site specific QMD procedures, review reporting trends, facilitate management reviews, and assist with contractor quality management documentation.


About You:

The QA/QC Advisor will have 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance preferably within the mining sector. The successful candidate will have their Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business or Science. Onsite quality assurance experience essential for this role, preferably good knowledge of inspections of onsite welding, painting, and installation works. Additionally, you will have knowledge of Quality systems & practices in mining project execution, Lead Auditor and Workshop Facilitation training. Experience with InEight Document control software is desirable along with 4W Driver training.

You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
