As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager in contributing to the success of sales, managing an amazing team of Sales Consultants and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. 

As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for: 

• Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and contributing to achieving sales targets 
• Providing excellent customer service, creating an authentic and genuine experience for all of our loyal customers 
• Maintaining the Visual Merchandising for the store, ensuring that it represents the standards of our brand 
• Nurture our client data base and be innovative in increasing customer retention 
• Lead by example as an ambassador of our brand
• With the support of the Store Manager, drive sales within the team of Sales Consultants and encourage their career development 

As the Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for: 

• Demonstrated experience in driving sales and results 
• Experience in people management and developed leadership skills 
• Familiarity driving KPI’s and contributing to the overall sales success of the store
• Excellent communication skills 
• Knowledge in styling capability a genuine passion for fashion 
• Ability to enhance performance within the team
