We pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer service and a vast knowledge across Electrical Appliances and Furniture with an ever changing large showroom. We are continuously looking to improve and strive to be the best we can offer to our community.

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

• The delivery, installation and removal of furniture & electrical products.
• Customer facing & Phone customer service - Organisation of deliveries.
• Stock Processing / Merchandising within a team and Maintaining Warehouse stock organisation
• Assistance with showroom merchandising when required.
• Ability to use computers - In house POS system & software training provided.
• Ability to work form 2 store locations daily - Echuca VIC & Rochester VIC
• THIS JOB ROLE INCLUDES HEAVY LIFTING. Necessary equipment is provided to preform task safely and efficiently.
• Candidate must be able to assemble Furniture products efficiently and correctly (instore and whilst on delivery).

The successful candidate will have:

• Australian Open Drivers License with clean history.
• Holding a full Drivers License for at least 2 years and licensed to drive a manual vehicle.
• A bright, friendly and helpful personality with a “Can do” attitude, and a strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
• Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to separate themselves from frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions.
• Highly self-motivated with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload while still being a team player.
• Professionalism, Determination, Self-Motivated and love of a fast-moving work environment.
• Strong organisational, time management skills & visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to adapt and use inhouse POS systems and software.
• Deliver exemplary standards in warehouse organisation, stock control & the overall customer delivery experience.
