Service Technician

TRILITY is an industry leader in designing, installing, operating, and servicing water treatment systems.
Due to ongoing growth of our business in Western Australia, we are looking for an additional Service Technician to join our WA team.
This role will potentially suit a technician that has either mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation certification(s) and experience. We may also consider applicants with relevant experience and willingness to develop.

The role
As a TRILITY Service Technician no day is the same. It’s a highly varied and interesting role that includes field work, local work, workshop jobs, and some office work. Some of the duties include:
- Servicing water treatment systems and equipment at customer sites in Perth and across Western Australia.
- Servicing water treatment equipment in our workshop.
- Installing and commissioning water treatment systems and equipment at customer sites in Perth and across Western Australia.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Preparing reports and quotations.
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding.
What we are looking for
- Trade qualified technician with either mechanical, electrical and/ or instrumentation certification(s).
- We may consider applicants with relevant experience that are willing to develop.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Willingness to keep learning new skills.
- Desire to deliver high quality work.
- Safety conscious.
