Wombarra Civil Construction is a fast-growing civil contractor in the NT. 

We’re seeking an organised and motivated person with an eye for detail to join our team as an administration officer. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the accounts payable process and customer invoicing, contractor and supplier communication, conducting induction/onboarding process for new team members and motor vehicle registrations. 

We'll also need you to use your administrative skills to help out team members, office staff, and management when they need it.

Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within civil/construction or related industry. Minimum 2 years advantageous though not essential.

A proven history of consistently maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. 

A track record in past roles of effectively prioritising tasks and problem-solving under pressure. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated history of building good relationships and collaborating with staff and clients. 

Proficiency in accounting software Xero and MS Office applications. 

Efficient, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
