Manta Performance has been a family business for three generations, and we're now Australia's largest exhaust manufacturer. We provide the Australian market with high-quality exhaust systems that meet rigorous quality standards to ensure maximum performance at all times. From our warehouse located in Belmont, we ship exhaust systems all over Australia and beyond! We are passionate about cars and helping our customers get the best performance out of their vehicles. We also see our staff as our greatest asset, and while we have grown significantly in the last 24 months, many of our staff have been with us for 8+ years, with our longest-serving employee just clicking over 20 years with us.

Qualifications & experience

• Relevant warehouse experience
• Forklift licence - an order picker licence is desirable.
• Scan pick experience desirable.
• Ability to lift 15 - 25kg regularly.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in inventory software & associated warehouse systems is desirable.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Report on relevant KPI's where necessary
