About the role:

If variety is what you are after, then The Reception role may be the one for you.  You will support our Client Service Teams by focusing on reception and customer service.  This includes reception, greeting clients and visitors, scanning, filing and collating client documents, mail management and data entry.

About you:

Your ability to connect with people along with your well-spoken, friendly and helpful customer focus will be your best asset in our administration team.  A keen sense of urgency, maturity and common sense coupled with accuracy and excellent communication skills will ensure success in this busy role.  You’re dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team, are able to handle pressure and adopt a flexible approach to problems.
