The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Education professional with experience working with age groups 0-5 years. The ideal candidate will thrive in a large centre environment and have a genuine passion for nurturing early education through play-based learning experiences.

We are seeking someone who possesses a deep understanding of childhood development and is enthusiastic about creating engaging learning environments that promote children's growth and development.

Key responsibilities Include:

  • Creating early education learning opportunities through play
  • Design and provide engaging learning environments where children can flourish
  • Planning, programming, and maintaining observational records
  • Cultivating trust and nurturing strong relationships with both parents and children in our care
  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards

About You:

 you have:

  • A certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
  • A valid Working with Children's Check
  • Proficiency in English language and literacy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite particularly word
  • Up to date First Aid qualifications
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
  • Working Knowledge of NQF and legislative requirements
