My client is leading supplier of beverages, machinery, and associated supplies across the Central Coast and Hunter Region. 

The Role

We are passionate about our products, our growth and our clients and we are looking for Account Managers who share our vision and our passion. 

The Account Manager reports to the State Sales Manager and is responsible for building and maintaining a client base in the food and beverage industry within an assigned territory. 

You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with your knowledge across the range of market leading brands and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients to generate growth;
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations;
  • Develop clear and effective proposals/quotations for current and prospective clients;
  • Manage existing clients addressing value opportunities;
  • Plan and organise personal sales strategy; and
  • Research into product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.

It is essential you have a current driver’s license. 

Your Experience

We are seeking an individual who is driven by securing and maintaining new clients and has sound communication and business skills. 

To be successful in this role it is required that you can demonstrate the following:

  • Driven by growing sales and exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong knowledge of and passion for food service, café, and restaurant sectors.
  • Food and service industry experience.
  • Strong experience in sales and account management. 
  • Capable of working with business owners to grow their business.
