Role Overview
Conduct regular maintenance, including both corrective and preventative measures, to preserve the quality and safety standards of Kalyra's buildings, equipment, and grounds. Uphold a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Officer is also expected to manage the maintenance of grounds and gardens to enhance the overall comfort and security.

About the Person
We're seeking someone adept at connecting with independent older residents who have precise preferences and value the village's appearance. The ideal candidate can collaborate effectively with the Village Manager to ensure resident satisfaction.
Apart from this we ask that you have the following:
- Ability to safely operate machinery and other maintenance tools.
- Understanding of plants, pest management and chemical handling
- Reliable vehicle and current drivers license
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- 3 x COVID vaccinations
- Influenza 2023 vaccination
