About you

You are physically fit and enjoying working outside, with exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You are a hard worker and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You are details orientated, understand manifesting functions and ready to jump in to help where needed. 

Parachute packers will require a Packer B licence.

About the role

We are seeking Ground Crew and Parachute Packers to join our team in Newcastle due to our continued success and ongoing growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives
  • Assist in coordinating parachute landings
  • Follow safety procedures and protocol
  • High level of initiative and independence 
  • Willingness to work outside in a variety of weather
  • Inspecting and packing parachutes in accordance to guidelines
