The Role

Milanovic Neale Consulting Engineers is seeking a vibrant, professional administrative support person to join our team.

Based in our Woolloongabba office, this permanent (full or part time possible for the right candidate) role will be responsible for the first impression of our customers and supporting the day to day operation of the business. 

Our ideal applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills and will have relevant experience in office coordination\support and reception duties.

As one of the key culture influences in our company, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and appropriately direct customer enquiries across all communication platforms.
  • Make customers feel valued and provide friendly, efficient and attentive service standards in all interactions.
  • Make staff feel valued and, where possible, assist staff to remove road blocks in their day.
  • Contribute to the smooth day to day operation of our offices.
  • Provide technical and operational support to the business in numerous ways.
  • Be a ‘good vibes’ generator!

Key Criteria

As a minimum requirement for the role, applicants to the role should demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in company reception, administrative support, office management or similar.
  • Strong corporate reception manner, pleasant demeanor, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills across all forms of communication.
  • Ability to manage (or quickly learn) a multi-line input/output Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Competency in the use and maintenance of practice management\database software.
  • Ability to manage project financial data, invoicing and reporting. 
  • Ability to proactively complete tasks to the standard required without a high level of direct supervision.
  • Ability to operate during periods of high pressure and manage task priority.
