Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a New Home Advisor to join our team and be the face of our brand, delivering high-quality information and support to our customers to ensure they make the right choices and enjoy the process of building their dream home. 

As a New Home Advisor, you will work closely with your sales team members to meet sales KPIs and be responsible for maintaining outstanding presentation standards in our display homes. This role requires working on weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week.

The key responsibilities of the New Home Advisor role include sales activity, market and business knowledge, admin and documentation, and display home management. The New Home Advisor is responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities with new customers, promoting Hunter Homes products and services, exploring business development opportunities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product, pricing, and land developments. The New Homes Advisor must provide client files to the Client Services team with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail and ensure outstanding presentation standards are maintained in display homes.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with sales experience, preferably (but not required) from the industry or related industry, with a strong sales track record and an understanding of education and guidance to obtain a sale. The ideal candidate should be driven, self-motivated, have outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, high-level customer engagement techniques, and a passion for the residential building industry.
