The Position:

We are actively seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Corporate office located at Perth Airport.

Responsibilities/Duties: 

• Data entry of new employees, leave salary sacrifice and other payroll transactions
• Maintaining employee records
• Performing data and information checks for compliance 
• Electronic Filing of employee records
• Processing of third party payments
• Providing administrative assistance to the payroll department as required
• Responding to employee enquiries in a timely manner
• Preparing and issuing earnings statements

Requirements: 

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and understand basic formulas 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Sound verbal and written communication skills 
• An appreciation of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
