We seek a passionate and highly organised Sales & Office Administrator to join our vibrant and hard-working team and help us further grow our business. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales initiatives. 
  

Your new role:

  • primarily all aspects of the quoting process which includes: 
  • producing heating plans and quotations
  • prioritising, chasing info etc for quotes
  • sales and customer service via telephone, text, email and walk-in queries
  • taking orders and payments
  • maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
  • collecting and filing job information
  • other sales activities as may be required
  • following up with clients after quotations
  • assisting management with specific tasks/projects
  • relieving other staff positions when required
  • being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise

The successful candidate will have:

  • a positive attitude and an enthusiasm to develop and learn, while keeping to specific procedures
  • strong work ethic and eye for detail
  • excellent customer service skills
  • desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
  • genuine willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as the ability to work on your own
  • exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task with the ability to follow tasks through to the end and on time
  • intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily
  • full residential and working rights in Australia
