The beautiful and popular venue Meelup Farmhouse, located in the Eagle Bay area (5 minutes from Dunsborough), is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of an innovative team. 

The successful candidate will lead each day through setup and operation, upholding the high service standard and quality that our clientelle have come to expect. Along with administration duties assisting the Venue Manager in the coordination of of our restaurant. 

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager or team leader
• Administration experience 
• Strong time management skills to manage in service demands alongside management deadlines
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Familiarity with management software (POS software, booking management software, word processing)
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• Approved Managers Certificate

In addition, you will show high standards of personal presentation, a positive and upbeat personality, excellent verbal communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and be customer and guest focused at all times.

This position will include weekend work and Public Holiday shifts. Occasional evening shifts may be required.
