About the role
As Konica Minolta transforms to provide a holistic range of IT services, we are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator, ready to navigate a fast-moving landscape to join our National Marketing team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager, this role will support the execution of Konica Minolta’s digital marketing strategy, delivering on marketing objectives which includes increasing lead generation, customer engagement and brand awareness.  The role will have a key focus on social media planning and activities, along with understanding digital operations that drive traffic and improve the customer experience.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and deploy feature content across digital channels including, website, email, webinars, and internal SharePoint.
  • Efficiently plan, schedule, and support writing social media content, which includes managing stakeholder approvals. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to create landing pages to improve user experience across the website.
  • Assist in identifying trends and insights, optimising spend and performance based on results.
  • Work alongside search agency to enhance and implement SEO & SEM strategies.
  • Measure and report lead performance of digital campaigns and assess against business goals.
  • Undertake weekly KPI reporting and tracking on marketing activities and projects.
  • Assist with other general marketing duties as required by team.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification – bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media and marketing. 
  • Digital experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, SAP, Emarsys and content management systems (preferred).
  • Copy writing skills (highly desired).
  • Digital literacy in operating various systems. 
  • Motivated self-starter, driven, and ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
