Argent Wealth is a boutique financial advisory business based in Adelaide, providing comprehensive strategic and tailored investment advice to individuals, families and not-for-profit organisations. We will strongly consider candidates that may have administration / office experience in another industry with no experience in the Financial Advice industry and will offer on the job training to provide them a solid grounding in Financial Advice. The position is offerered on a part-time basis and we will be flexible with hours for the right person.

Qualifications & experience

• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail is essential
• Professional attitude
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Demonstrated administrative experience, not necessarily in the Financial Services industry
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparing pre-meeting review reports for existing clients and relevant documents for new client meetings
• Post meeting work including scanning, filing and client correspondence
• Updating and maintaining client information within the CRM
• Assisting clients with general enquiries
• Reception duties including greeting clients, making coffee, setting up & clearing meeting rooms, keeping foyer presentable
• Liaising with relevant product providers including implementation
• Diary management
