Aussiefast Transport Solutions are seeking an experienced, motivated and driven individual for an Accounts Receivable and Transport Admin Position based in Pooraka. 

To be considered for this position you will possess the following attributes:

• Accounts Receivable background required
• Transport Admin background preferred but not essential.
• High level Admin skills
• Strong work attributes with attention to detail
• Work well under pressure and have a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Have pride in yourself and your working environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent and accurate data entry and accurate numeracy skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Be able to work in a team environment & autonomously
• Be reliable, flexible and punctual.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data processing using in-house software (training will be provided)
• Following up overdue client accounts
• Reviewing client account queries and processing adjustments where required
• Allocation of daily banking
• Processing client account reconciliations
• Invoice checking and entry
• Processing of driver payments
• Processing of client POD requests
• Chep and Loscam pallet control 
• General admin
• General customer service
