The Opportunity
Truth be told, the 'Customer Service Co-Ordinator' job title doesn't accurately represent what this role is all about. Really, you'll be 'Mission Control' - you'll be in control of making sure our customers have the best experience possible, from drop off to pick up.
We are looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator with a passion for customer service to further complement our team. We are committed to creating a great experience for all our guests.
Our Service Department is a busy and energetic environment with a constant flow of customers seeking your help & guidance. Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless service experience by promptly attending to their needs and ensuring they are delivered an extraordinary level of service.
The Role:
- Greet visitors to our Service Department
- Work with our service team to ensure the vehicle is ready on time
- Advise our customers of any work required
- Keep our customers informed during the day
- Co-ordinate the return of the vehicle and explain the work completed
